
TCS to drive Jazeera Airways' first major digital transformation

Jazeera Airways operates as Kuwait's leading low-cost carrier and Middle Eastern first privately owned airline while working with Tata Consultancy Services to transform its digital operations. The airline Jazeera began operations in April 2004 and now carries more than 5 million passengers to its 60+ destination network spanning Europe and Central and South Asia and the Middle East. As the airline celebrates twenty years in operation it plans to transform its digital infrastructure to achieve scalability and personalized services and revenue growth.
TCS as the leading global IT services organization will lead this transformation by utilizing its aircraft engineering experience together with its built-in AI solutions. The initiative provides customers with a bundle of integrated digital applications consisting of updated websites and mobile applications along with an AI-driven chatbot. The solution comprises several essential elements such as an ancillary platform based on retail data, an intelligent upsell system, ‘Customer 360° Insights Hub’ personalization features, and generative AI digital assistance. The implementation of a unified payment gateway that supports multiple currencies together with a promotional engine will drive direct booking success and the group booking platform will handle complex reservations effectively.
